Produced in Moussy, in the southern hills of pernay, it blends 60% Chardonnay with 40% Meunier a hallmark of the houses style. The wine is vinified artisanally in a combination of stainless steel tanks and 600L oak barrels, both on fine lees. Malolactic fermentation is not pursued, preserving
