2022, Savagnin Rose Coteaux Bourguignons Merlot from BoreauxThis cuve is made on an very rare grape from Alsace, only around 100 hectares left. An ancestor of Gewurztraminer, it was abandoned because it is less aromatic and more acidic than the latter. Probably a cuve not produced again due to the difficulty of getting organic farmed Savagnin rose.
