Son Prim Cabernet 2021 MAGNUM 150cl Trabucchi d'illasi Amarone Maurice Finlayson erhvervede Hartenberg iRed wine from Son Prim winery, VT Mallorca. This wine is produced in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature conditions (20C 29C), with a maceration time of 21 days and subsequent malolactic fermentation. It is aged for 12 months in 225 liter oak barrels from France, the United States and Hungary. An intense and expressive Cabernet, offering a ruby red fruit bouquet with notes of red pepper, olive, chocolate, coffee and balsamic undertones.
