2022, Ploussard 1983 Magnum Grenache Skabt på Garganega og TrebbianoThis magnum is made from Ploussard sourced from vines planted in 1983 by Jean Michel Petits father, Louis a tribute to three generations of work in Pupillin. The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation, and the wine is gently aged in used barrels without fining, filtration, or unnecessary sulfur. The 2022 vintage was marked by warmth and generous fruit, giving this wine a more open and juicy expression than 2023 yet still retaining its freshness.
