2022 Riesling Winninger Casa de Mouraz The Pairing2022 Riesling Winninger from Materne & Schmitt is a characterful white wine from the Moselle, made from Riesling grapes grown on steep, shale rich terraces around Winningen. Hand harvested and spontaneously fermented, with light skin contact and natural winemaking without filtration or fining and with minimal sulfur addition an elegant and stony Riesling with first hand terroir expression.
