2020, Les Puys Sweet Wine Light use of oakLes Puys is the first large single plot cuve (long aging) of Valentin and Henri. Taste of ripe fruit such as blackberries and raspberries but retains its freshness. Slightly vegetal. A little serious but above all very pleasant. Can perfectly pair with a pizza or some grilled meat.
