Domaine Bitouzet-Prieur Volnay Pitures 1er Cru 2020 wild strawberryThe grapes are harvested manually and sorted at the vineyard. Thus, only the grapes that show signs of perfect maturity find their way into the wine. The wine ages in French oak barrels for a period of 12 to 16 months. A full bodied and powerful wine showing dark cherry, plum and earthy characters supported by a firm tannic structure that will benefit from time in the cellar. An intense wine from a great vintage.
