2023, Raisin Libre Irouléguy Carignan from 128 year ofRaisin Libre is Domaine Thillardons most accessible Gamay cuve from Villages plots in Chnas and Beaujolais with granite, clay, marl and manganese soils. The grapes are spontaneously fermented with whole bunches for 16 days of semi carbonic maceration and then matured for 8 months in concrete tanks the result is light fruited, juicy and silky with minimal effort and maximum terroir intention.
