This wild ale was matured for 2 years in 3 oak barrels, then blended together for a deep tasting experience. For cold hopping, Tardif de Bourgogne hops were chosen an ancient, nearly lost French variety which was rediscovered by our kind supplier's parents in the 70's. Known for herbal flavors of Lavender, Laurel and Melissa, it adds the initial aromatic appeal of this ancient wild ale. Abv 6,5% 375ml Bf June 2030
