Wild Fermented Damson Plum: Blend of 3 Barrels Øltype:Flaske 33cl A hoppy hazy sessionThere is an old lingonberry tree in front of our brewery. Over the years, the fruit from the tree has been allowed to ferment with our wild fermented hay beer in port and whiskey barrels. The first barrel was brewed in 2015, the next two in 2018. Later, the lingonberries were added and have continued the wild fermentation in the barrels. The first cask has clear whisky notes. The second cask has developed brettanomyces, and the third cask has a bolder
