Benda 'Zoe' Rosato IGT 2024 Rosévin named after Klaus Reimitz's great-grandmotherIn the fall of 2024, Zoe and John chose to remove a small amount of must from each fermentation vessel with the aim of both concentrating the aromas in their rosso brunello and creating a fresh and fruity rosato for the warm summer months. The year brought a rainy September, resulting in slightly larger berries than usual and thus also an ideal opportunity to draw off some liquid and increase concentration. The grapes come from all their parcels and
