Single Cask: 933 Spelt-Rye _label_FESTIVALAFTAPNING When we tap the dishFor the first time, we are bottling a single cask of our spelt rye whisky, made from malted rye, spelt, and barley. An intensely aromatic whisky, double matured in new oak casks, offering notes of Sichuan pepper, fruit caramel, crme brle, figs, plum jam, dried cranberries, and a hint of dark chocolate.
