The grapes for this wine come from the Serriger Schloss Saarsteiner monopoly site, more precisely from the southwest facing parcels below the castle. After careful hand picking, the golden yellow grapes were directly pressed. The resulting juice was divided into two parts: the late run went into the "Alte Reben" (old vines) wine, while the
