2022 Grauburgunder trocken Hermann Dönnhoff Hand-picked at the end ofGrown on the slopes of the Middle Nahe on volcanic weathered soil and loess clay. Age of the vines approx. 30 years Yields approx. 50 hl ha Selective palm picking Fermentation and maturation for around 6 months in a classic large wooden barrel made of German oak. Classic Pinot Gris, dense and powerfully fermented with fine herbal spices and pleasant acidity. The maturation in the wooden barrel gives it its character without distorting the fine aroma
