The fine, elegant style of the Pinot Blanc skilfully pairs with the smoothness and power of the Chardonnay. A fine Burgundy aroma on the nose, strong in the mouth with restrained acidity and a harmonious, long finish. Both grape varieties are aged separately in small used wooden barrels. Only after fermentation and subsequent maturation on the full yeast are the grape varieties then blended in late spring.
