Baron Edmond 2020 Ausgezeichnet Merlot (86%)A classic Bordeaux blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. It has a very intense, almost dark ruby red color. The aroma is spicy with young notes of sweet wood and then blueberry and cinnamon, completing a rather austere and aristocratic bouquet. In the mouth, the tannins are already fine and about to solidify, while the acidity is excellent and refreshing, supporting the body, making the wine easy to drink.
