IGT Veneto Rosso "Roàn"2022 – Le Pignole Spumanti the 2019 Bianco “Resiliens” fromCabernet Franc and Malbec in a surprising blend: two complementary grape varieties, one of Bordeaux origin and the other adopted in Argentina but with French roots, united on the basaltic hills of Brendola. Manual harvest in crates in the third and last week of September. In the cellar, destemming with 70% of the grapes crushed, cold maceration (5 6C) for 3 days, fermentation for 10 15 days at 16 17C. Aging in stainless steel tanks for at least 10 12
