Manual harvesting, with spontaneous fermentation and aging in steel and oak barrels. This beautiful grape variety presents fruity and floral aromas of peach and acacia and good minerality. With aging, the mineral and hydrocarbon notes, reminiscent of Riesling, become more marked and defined.
