Cerus, vino rosso biologico barricato con IGT Svizzera Italiana, 2022 natural wine white wineCerus Red Wine is one of the most distinctive creations of Azienda Agricola Bianchi, located in Arogno, in the heart of Cantone Ticino. Grape variety: interspecific variety from the Cabernet Sauvignon family (vb 91 26 25) and Divico. Vinification: grapes aged for 24 months in barriques, 50% of which in new barrels and 50% in 2nd and 3rd fill barrels.
