Tornatore Etna Bianco PRODOTTI ITTICI Cusumano's Chardonnay “Jalé” is aEtna Bianco comes from the skilful vinification of Carricante white grape varieties, grown in highly suitable volcanic soils and arranged in terraces at an altitude of 650 meters above sea level on the northern side of the volcano. Straw yellow colored wine with light greenish reflections which offers mineral notes with menthol hints typical of high wines, green apple with primary aromas characteristic of the variety. Serving temperature 10 12C.
