Very rare honey of limited production. Indigo honey has a light yellow color , with slight pinkish reflections, tending towards white. It crystallizes finely, until it becomes a soft cream. It has a delicate, fresh and fragrant flavour , of medium sweetness with unexpected fruit accents. Its citrus aftertaste is reminiscent of fruit jellies, which is
