With the air it cleans itself and a fantastic yellow fruit appears as the central nerve and certain floral notes to accompany it: medlars, lemons, orange blossom, jasmine. Palate: On the palate, fresh, fluid, with excellent acidity, long and enjoyable. A wine not at all tired, direct and frank.
