A deft application of wood sets off ever so mildly exotic aromas of elegant and pure white and yellow orchard fruit, acacia blossom and whiffs of ocean breeze and shrimp shells. There is excellent intensity to the refined, restrained and lilting but punchy middleweight flavors that conclude in a balanced, lingering and harmonious finale. This is very Zen in its delivery. A punchy wine of
