This is a big Fuées as it’s rare for it to be even more structured than the Baudes

Nicely layered aromas include notes of hazelnut

with notes of spices and peat moss that reminded me of a Côte de Nuits wine

I would say that 2015 marks the end of a chapter that saw very voluptuous and rounded wines up until this date

Thick, velvety tannins that still offer some resistance on the palate. Some dried fig here too but not at all overripe, and masses of freshness on the velvet finish. (JH)
