Crafted from 100% organic Blue Weber agave, this tequila is aged from one to over two years in re worked, re charred American oak barrels and blended to taste rather than time for exceptional complexity. The agave is gently cooked in a low pressure autoclave over a 24 hour cycle to preserve its natural sweetness. Juice is extracted with a four pass
