Malabaila Brachetto 'Birbet' (sweet), 2024 Salamanca and Matteo"Birbt" means "rascal" in Italian, and it is the name of the Brachetto wine made in the Roero area. Birbt has always been considered the wine for festivities! Documents dated 1879 testify the presence of Brachetto grapes only in the Roero area. "Birbet" is bright red, almost fuchsia in color.
