"Racines Mtisses" is a blend of the pressed juices from all his varietals varying by year; the 2012 is a blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Gewurtzraminer. He employs natural winemaking techniques. Great balance of acidity, with citrus and white fruit and a hint of smokiness
