Depicting a runner on the front with PSAL (Public School Athletic League, the league of NYC public schools). On the back, embossed "1907 ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS OUTDOOR CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES". Hand engraved "880 YDS RELAY". Marked "DIEGES & CLUSY. N. Y." Stamped "STERLING".
