Littorai, Charles Heintz Chardonnay Size:6x750ml compact and sneaky long finaleThe 2020 Chardonnay Charles Heintz Vineyard is endowed with notable density and power. Orchard fruit, white flowers, almond and strong mineral accents are front and center. Texturally, the 2020 has a phenolic like quality that is distinctive, but not especially typical of Heintz Chardonnays. I would give it a another year or two in bottle to see if some of the edges soften.
