Hubert Lamy, Saint Aubin Chateniere VV Size:12x750ml which displays pronounced undergrowth and(worked entirely by hand as the vineyard has a 40% south facing slope which ensures that it receives plenty of sun). A curious nose, at least relative to the prior wines, consists of secondary fermentation aromas and thus not much can be deduced. Otherwise there is good richness to the round, fleshy and less energetic flavors that are not quite as mineral driven either on the austere, serious and compact finale.
