From one of our favorite winemakers Ian Brand, this is his homage to traditional Spanish wine. Albario's home is in Galicia, where the wine has abundant salinity and freshness and is often paired with seafood. The Kristy Vineyard is on an ancient sea bed, exposed to the cooling breezes of the Monterey Bay, perfect for his rendition of
