Meo Camuzet, Chambolle Musigny Vintage:2023 citrus peel and gentle wood(from Bas Doix, Les Athets and Les Herbues). An airy, cool and expressive nose exhibits a touch of herbal tea character on the high toned red berry fruit aromas that are liberally laced with soft earth and spice wisps. There is good richness and volume to the punchy but not especially elegant flavors that terminate in a lingering finish where a hint of bitter cherry pit character slowly emerges. This should drink well relatively early.
