Rays Of Sunshine Necklace, Ecuador jewelry This item was handmade byThis beautiful necklace features a tagua nut sun pendant on a gold plated chain. Who doesn't need more sunshine? The tagua nut comes from the Ivory nut Palm Tree in areas throughout the Amazon rainforest. Once dried, the nut can be carved and is then colored with non toxic dyes and hand polished. It is considered an ecological alternative to ivory and is very durable. Chain measures 16" long plus 3" extender, for varying lengths. ABOUT THE ARTISANS
