Once again there is a really lovely coolness to the restrained red pinot fruit aromas that are trimmed in subtle earth while also flashing a superb range of floral elements

This is showing the effects of the recent bottling and I would expect it to better harmonize with a few months of aging

Full body with soft tannins and a long, flavourful finish. Big but fresh. Made from cabernet sauvignon, it reminds me of old style Napa cabernets. Drink or hold.
