this will need to add depth to merit the upper end of my projected range but given the extended cellaring horizon

The ripe red and earthy dark berry fruit aromas precede appealingly full flavors that are sweet

There is just enough reduction present to push the underlying fruit to the background

The medium sweet palate turns the volume up on every flavor. Ripeness, roundness and a honeyed, slightly bitter edge give the wine contour. The smooth texture is wondrous.
