Domaine Pierre Usseglio Lirac, 2021 Blaufränkisch Côteaux de LanguedocSavory blackberries, cassis, baked pie. Palate is rich and deep layered with cedar, crushed dried flowers, plum, clove. Domaine Pierre Usseglio is a Chateauneuf de Pape producer, this is their bottling from the Lirac AVA in the Southern Rhone. Ready to drink but recommended to hold on to for a few years for flavors to continue to develop. Mostly Grenache, rounded with Syrah, Mourvedre, Cinsault. Hand harvested, aged in concrete + oak for 12 months. A
