Rx Mometamax Otic Suspension for Dogs Size:7.5 g Formerly ASAP Pet ShieldRx Mometamax Otic Suspension for Dogs Mometamax Otic Suspension is used to treat inflammation and bacterial and fungal infections of the canine otitis externa (ear). Each gram contains gentamicin sulfate, USP equivalent to 3 mg gentamicin base; mometasone furoate monohydrate equivalent to 1 mg mometasone; and 10 mg clotrimazole, USP in a mineral oil based system containing a plasticized hydrocarbon gel. Gentamicin is a broad spectrum antibiotic, which
