Keller, Westhofener Morstein Riesling Auslese Size:6x375ml Michel Chapoutier produced a monumentalNo botrytis. TA 12. 5 g l, RS 120 g l. Great site but younger vines than in the TBA. Much more smoky than the AbtsE Auslese. More complex and herbal on the nose, almost a little savoury, but still has intense, ripe citrus purity on the palate. Tastes much sweeter on the palate than the AbtsE, more sweet sour. Orange and apricot flavours go on and on. Far more fruit intensity on the palate than I expected from the nose. (JH)
