The 2000 La Dominique is a wine that I thoroughly enjoyed out of barrel but never tasted in bottle

with notes of blue fruit and violets

The 2007 Vinedo Chadwick has a lot of vanilla-y new oak on the nose although there is plenty of voluptuous black fruit to support it

Henschke, Hill Of Grace Shiraz Vintage:2016 A very solid if notDark ruby. Balsam and warmth with great balance of fully ripe fruit and impressive subtlety. This is hand crafted South Australian Shiraz at its finest. Just a tad more savour, development and delicacy than the 2005 perhaps?
