Montesecondo “Il Rospo” 2021 sangiovese USE: FOR BOTH COOKING ANDOrganic, Biodynamic Cabernet Sauvignon w a touch of Petit Verdot From the familys original family owned vineyard, referred to as "Montesecondo" in the town of Cerbaia, Chianti Classico, Tuscany. Fruit is harvested manually, destemmed and fermented with natural yeasts in concrete tank. The wine is aged in concrete as well.. This is a magically pure expression of Cabernet Sauvignon.
