Granton is north of the Bridgewater Bridge just out of Hobart's northern suburbs. Elegant and refined but a pinot with backbone too, packs a flavour punch but with very stylish pinot traits. Biodynamic viticulture, mature vines, 'hands off' wine making and wild yeast have given wonderful structure and texture.
