The agave is pit roasted over black oak for five days, then rested for two weeks before being double distilled. This Mezcal has a vegetal, mineral, and floral nose, and its smoke is bold and balanced by firm, mouthwatering acidity. Notes of leather and stone, with a caramelized sugar
