The Field Blend is an unusual blend of Shiraz, Grenache, Mataro, Ugni Blanc, Roussanne and Carignan, from a now certified organic vineyard above the winery in the Clare Valley. The vines (originally Cabernet) were planted back in 1976, then in 2015 Col and Jen grafted them over to this mad selection of red and white Rhone varieties. They picked the lot together, fermented them together and
