The 2016 Brunello di Montalcino Riserva Betinna Cuve Franci shows some soft contouring on the edges, but it is otherwise firm and compact at its core with a solid delivery of quality fruit. This is my favorite bottle among these new Brunello releases from Fabio Tassi. The smoothness of the mouthfeel along with the tightly silky nature of the tannins are the main reasons why. This very limited release of just
