and sweet red berry fruit add to the wine's stunning allure

It is one of the finest Chardonnays I have tasted from Rhys

salty meatiness about it

Ferret, Pouilly Fuisse Hors Classe Menetrieres Brut Zero Interestingly this is less overtly(from Fuiss fruit). Pungent aromas of petrol and matchstick display a dollop of wood toast. Once again there is excellent volume to the dense and lavishly rich big bodied flavors that display evident power and punch that carries over to the essence of pear and bitter lemon suffused finish. This is a borderline massive, indeed almost monolithic wine so patience definitely required. 92 2025+
