Trimbach, Riesling Clos St Hune Vintage:2008 This has a resplendent cherryClear, deep, complex, fresh, and mineral on the nose with lemon, floral (blossom) and some caramel flavors; it is very fresh and subtle. Clear and mineral on the palate, incredibly fresh and vital, the 2007 Riesling Clos Ste Hune reveals great purity, finesse, and a lingering salty finish with a lot of tension and a very good grip. Really stimulating. A great dry Riesling.
