Fable Pinot Noir, 2023 garnacha blanca but on its own isSourced from vineyards in Mendocino County, handcrafted in small production lots. The FABLE Pinot Noir is dark in color, with a ripe, fruit forward nose of bright and generous fruit. The palate is well structured, with silky layers of hibiscus and cinnamon, finishing soft and long. Aged in new and neutral French oak barrels for 12 months. Very good example of California Pinot Noir at an everyday price. Mendocino County, CA
